As LG Electronics' representative communication hub for artificial intelligence, we renewed and operated global websites and local pages to improve an easy and intuitive understanding of artificial intelligence home appliances and integrated brand experience.
To avoid providing abstract information and to understand practical consumer benefits and functions, we designed UI/UX to provide a consistent user experience when using LG ThinQ in real life.

To provide LG's integrated brand experience, we wanted to provide content that can match tone and manners with global sites and enhance customers's understanding of LG ThinQ.
Strategy & Direction
We emphasized the identity by adding a color that can only represent LG ThinQ while maintaining LG's brand color.
In addition, we organized content that directly shows how to use LG ThinQ in real life so that customers who have yet to experience LG ThinQ can feel attractive.
